Good hotel for accommodation and conducting activities

Had stayed in Eacape for approximately a month for a business visit. This was my... read more second time visiting Yumbe, my first time staying there. Compared with other hotels in town, Escape has been recognised as the best hotel which my organisation normally arranges the visitors to stay. Nothing to complain about the environment and room, although blackouts occurred quite often, it was not their problem. But, the environment would be messy on Saturday morning due to the Friday night party. The janitors would spend a longer time tidying up. It would be settled after 0730. Service was fairly considerate and responsive. The water-leaking of AC got fixed within one day after I reported it. The restaurant crews would remember your eating habits and follow the feedback to adjust the taste of dishes. Of course, chatting and caring were common interaction between customers and crews. Still, the time management for serving meals could be better as I waited for my pre-ordered meal for another 30 minutes while I saw the later-comers being served. After I complained, the bill was offset. Meanwhile, it would be more fantastic to see a smile or energetic faces from staff members in the morning. Just don't like to feel that I did something wrong to say hello to them. In short, I will stay there again if I visit Yumbe in the future
